Quinn Byrne Coaching (QBC) was founded in 2002 by Michael Byrne & Martina Quinn with a vision of creating an executive coaching company that would add value to organisations and add clarity to the way individuals realise their goals.
Our clients identify employee engagement to be at the heart of their organisation meeting their metrics. Beyond this years metrics they find that continually focusing on employee engagement delivers a work force who will answer the call for increased performance.
We work with successful organisations that have a sense of what success is. Our clients have an appetite for recognising success and positively challenging each other. Knowing how to recognise your colleagues and positively challenge them is the key to driving engagement and delivering success for the organisation and the individual.
Michael graduated in the early nineties with a degree from Imperial College London and has held senior positions in sales and marketing. His empathy with managing individuals working in a metrics driven environment has been a key facet of his capability to coach and facilitate others to lead their teams towards continued sustainable success.
Martina having graduated from the University of Limerick in the early nineties with a business degree joined Deloitte. As a young chartered accountant she was headhunted by an American multinational based in Galway where she held the position of Financial Controller.
Martina has the capability to take complex business challenges and distil them down to manageable tasks that leaders find refreshing. Her capability to coach leaders who want change is driven by her unique capability to challenge current thinking with an ever present supportive smile.
